Vicki fell in love with the breed many years ago and always wanted one. We waited until we had a big enough place, then we started looking. A lot of research and meeting some mals later, we contacted Kaiyuh Kennels who are Gwynne and Ross Lewis. They breed rarely but the dogs produced are all exceptional. Gandalf came from that kennel, he along with Kaiyuh African Memories, Kaiyuh Dawn Star at Articrainbow and Kaiyuh Misty Morning, were all shown through 2004, all four of them qualifying for Crufts, and all four of them were in the top 15 Alaskan Malamute Puppy's in the U.K 2004. Many of the litter are worked and they along with their families regularly attend AMWA meets
